Must-have features a host must provide

What’s your list of must-have features that a host needs to provide to get your service? Here’s my list:

1. Shell access-In case you haven’t noticed, I’m a tad bit impatient. So, the thought of manually transferring files through a control panel or ftp program. I’m getting agitated just thinking about it. So, yeah, shell access is a must.
2. Multiple MySQL databases-I don’t use many databases, but there’s just something eerie about a host that only offers one MySQL database.

I’m not too hard to please.
