Still no word from Google

Sigh. It’s actually only been a week to the date that we sent a Reconsideration request to Google. We’re trying to find out why our site is disappearing from search engine results. We’ve already lost a third of our listings since this mishap. I just hope that we get a personal response from Google no matter what their decision is.
