Edit your RSS feed so that a copyright notice is included in each feed.
You can put this copyright notice anywhere, but I suggest the title and/or the description. If you only want to use it in one tag, I would go for the title, as most thieves tend to use the stolen headlines as [...]

Notify pinging services of your blog updates-or not

Go to your Dashboard, then click the Settings tab.
To turn pinging on or off, click the Privacy link.
