Mysterious IP address at my site as soon as I post a blog entry! What?

This question was submitted through mail.
As soon as I post, someone from 67.111.14.204 visits my site. I’m worried that I may be getting hacked. I’m using WordPress and I know that you can get hacked using open-source programs like that. How can I report this person to stop him from doing this?
